location, really outside town in the middle of nowhere, but absolutely OK for a business trip where sleep is of the essence.

Comfortable beds ensured a good night's sleep. The staff were friendly but overwhelmed, making service slow at times, especially in the restaurant.

A nice modern hotel in a good area. Plenty of parking space in front giving reasonably secure park as we were travelling on motorcycles.
We all thought that some members of staff could have been friendlier and more helpfull at times.

Oh, those Belgian waffles were a dream! Fluffy and drizzled with ochre syrup, they were my morning highlight. The room was tidy and comfortable-just what I needed to recharge after a day of exploring Groningen. Plus, I loved the ease of parking. No hunting around for a spot!

We had used another hotel in this group and knew what to expect. The room was basic but clean, comfortable and was good value for money. The reception staff were very friendly and welcoming and the restuarant provided a good and reasonably priced evening meal. Breakfast was also good.

Had to transfer rooms multiple times due to cleanliness issues. First two rooms had hair on the beds, while the third room was finally acceptable. The room layout was not as advertised-two twins pushed together instead of a proper king bed, leading to discomfort. Dining experience was slow, with lengthy waits for meals despite limited guests.

1) refrigirator was not connected (no power), It turned out to be broken. 2) front door was locked at 15.30 h and no one at the front desk?! There was a bell, We couldn't hear outside whether the bell was ringing or not. It took quit a while before someone opened the door.(we were standing in the rain !). It turned out to be a safety precaution. I don't understand why there isn't a sign at the frontdoor explaining this procedure.. 3) no access for wheelchairs 4) coffee (breakfast) was kept warm with a hot plate, it changes the taste (too concentrated).

The air conditioning worked wonders, keeping the room comfortable during the sweltering heat. Free and fast Wi-Fi.
While the room was tidy, the bathroom felt cramped and could use a thorough cleaning. I had issues with room comfort. Instead of the promised king bed, I got two twins pushed together, which wasn't ideal. The dining options were limited, and despite the small number of guests, the wait for food was annoyingly long. The hotel is situated far from the city center, with only one bus an hour into town, which limited easy access to local attractions.

Had a blast with friends here! The air conditioning was great, which helped during our hot summer stay. We enjoyed visiting the local attractions and found it easy to cycle to town. Definitely check out the breakfast options, although they were a bit limited. A solid place for group trips.
I was a bit disappointed because the bathroom was cramped and not as clean as expected. It could definitely use some attention.

Staff were friendly and the rooms were clean and of good space
the shower was too small, and the location was poor, no buses pass between 3 and 5 pm. and for the rest of the day, only once an hour, and the last bus leaves from the city center is 9:52 so we had to use the taxi a lot and it was costy
